Please note: As I don't have fax accounts for all these services I was only able to do generic tests. Let me know if things are not working correctly or need to be changed.

This is basically is a first bugfix release. This is an important upgrade. Major changes for supporting multiple providers under the hood. New provider support has been push out for the next release though.
- [FIX] Phone number not always got converted correctly. Faxes just got stuck in the queue.
- [FIX] Removed debugging output for keychain access.
- [ADD] Support for different accounts.
- [ADD] Support for feedback and crash reporting.
- [ADD] Buttons for removing and opening faxes from the queue window.
- [ADD] Show faxes window on start when called directly. Configurable in the preferences.
- [CHANGE] Passwords are not longer edited through the preferences but get asked for on demand.
